Problem exporting from CR9

Hi,
Can anyone help with the fallowing problem please?

I am trying to export a report (CR9) to MS Outlook. I am getting the error 2147190548, Error in File??: Missing or out-of-date export DLL.

I have 2 machines running the same application. It works fine on one system and gives the above error on the other one.

Please help.
